It's like an online fan club, free and funny ^_^.

ABOUT FINAL FANTASY

Come on, you heard at least once about this series ^_^. Final Fantasy is a series of RPG videogames ( FF XII will be released next year), characterised by a fantasy environment an some elements that stay the same throughout the whole series - like Chocobos, Moogles etc. But each game has its own story, world and characters ^_^ A good place to know about Final Fantasy is FF Shrine, together with Everlasting Fantasy ( in English and Italian) and, if you're Italian, Zell's Fantasy and Rinoa's Diary.

ABOUT THE SONG

"People of the North Pole" is a song from the videogame Final Fantasy X. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu, and you can find it on the fourth disc of the Final Fantasy Soundtrack, it's the track number 5. In the game you can hear it in the location called Mount Gagazet (at least this is its name in the Italian version ;P). This place of Spira, the planet of Final Fantasy X, is protected by a tribe of proud and silent warriors, the Ronso Tribe. Ronsos are very tall and muscular, and they look like humans merged with felines. One of the characters you can play in the game, Kimahri, is also a Ronso. Ronsos protect the mountain cos they think it's a sacred place.

I find the song truly beautiful. It gives me the feeling of the far eastern countries, and also an idea of melancholy and sacredness. Remember that you have to delete the song from your computer in 24 hours if you don't have an original copy of the disc *cough*.
