Here we are, just a few simple rules you have to follow to join!
1. You should be a fan of Ryoma Sakamoto in PMK...if not, why are you here anyway? ;P

4. You don't have to have a site to join. If you have and you want a link back, please grab a code from the "Code" section and put it on your page! Thanks (bows)!
5. If you own a porn/racist/hating site, I will not add the link to it, but I wil stilll add your name to the list. If you have an erotica site, I will add it, but only if it has proper minor warnings etc... I will still add you to the fanlist, in any case.
